2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Standard Products

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt
  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Original packaging and tags must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized bracelets (created specifically for your energy requirements)
  • Rudraksha malas that have been energized or blessed
  • Items purchased during sale or promotional events
  • Gift cards or consultation services
  • Products that have been worn or used

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at sukoon.crystalsolutions@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide you with return instructions and address
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the return using a trackable method

4. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will process your refund within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • International customers: refunds issued in INR, exchange rate differences may occur

5. Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund
  • We cover return shipping costs for damaged/defective items

6. Consultation Services Refund

For spiritual consultations with our founder:

  • Cancellation 24 hours before appointment: Full refund
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours before: 50% refund
  • No-show without prior notice: No refund
  • Completed consultations: Non-refundable

7. Energy Clearing of Returned Items

Due to the energetic nature of our products:

  • All returned crystals undergo a thorough cleansing process
  • We perform salt cleansing, moonlight charging, and smudging rituals
  • Items are re-blessed before being made available again
  • This process ensures each crystal maintains its pure, positive energy

8. Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges for:

  • Different sizes of the same product (subject to availability)
  • Store credit for future purchases
  • Exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receipt
